Inspection into Final Delivery
Giasson Design provides technical inspection services in order
to monitor the quality of the completion and service work
in progress and ensure that you get a high-quality product
that meets your requirements. Inspections include:
- power-on functional
checks
- accomplished GTPs
- complete mechanical installations
- complete electrical/avionics installations
and accessibility
- soundproofing installation
- future troubleshooting system isolation
- ease of removal of valance,
shell interior, cabinets as well as floorboard cuts and
accessibility
- service bulletin implementation during
completion
- exterior paint and finish
- parts monitoring
- critical path schedules
- subcontractor performance
To ensure ease of aircraft maintenance,
we also survey the pre-fit location and accessibility of over
150 avionics and electrical units.
As with Green Acceptance, we provide
the customer with update reports and inspection spreadsheets,
as well as digital photography and presentation updates.
